This 6-week beginner-friendly Slow Flow series focuses on gentle movement, mobility, stress relief, and great music. No rushing, just steady, supportive flow.

About Eileen

Eileen began her yoga journey with Breathe For Change, earning her 200-hour certification in January 2023. She further deepened her practice by completing her 300-hour training in December 2024. As a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, Eileen specializes in classes that promote mobility, strength, and restoration.
With 28 years of experience as an elementary educator, Eileen understands both the rewards and challenges of teaching. Recognizing the emotional and physical demands of the profession, she is passionate about encouraging others to embrace the benefits of self-care through yoga.
