Friday Flow

Friends...Had a long week? Looking to enter your weekend feeling relaxed and ready for fun? Join this all levels practice to set yourself up for a weekend of success! Calm your mind, soothe the nervous system, reduce stress, improve flexibility, build strength and improve overall health and well being. I hope you can join me!

What to expect:

10 -15 min. Warm up

15 min. Strengthen & Tone

10 -15 min. Balance and Restore

ABOUT YOGA TEACHER EILEEN

In January 2023, Eileen started her journey with Breathe For Change and earned her 200-hour certification. Having felt the positive impact of yoga herself, she is excited to share her knowledge with others. Eileen also completed courses in chair yoga and restorative yoga. By December 2024, she had finished an advanced 300-hour training program. Her Friday Flow classes will emphasize mobility, strength, and restoration.
